Do I need an account?
No. The app starts you as a guest, with no email or password. Sign in with email, Google or Apple only if you want to keep your learning on more than one device: Settings › Account.
Is AI Kit Tutor free?
The current version has no purchases, subscriptions or ads.
Kit does not answer
Kit needs an internet connection. Check your connection, then try again.
Talking to Kit by voice does not work
Allow microphone access. iPhone: Settings › AI Kit › Microphone. Android: Settings › Apps › AI Kit › Permissions › Microphone.
Kit is an AI. Can it be wrong?
Yes. Kit is an AI tutor and can make mistakes. Check important answers with your teacher or textbook. Do not send passwords, ID numbers or health details in a chat or photo.
I am under 14
When you set up the app, a parent or guardian needs to confirm that they agree before you continue. Parents can email us to see or delete their child's data.
How do I download my data?
Settings › Privacy › Download your data. The app makes one file with your learning data that you can save or send.
Can I turn off usage statistics or error reports?
Yes. Settings › Privacy › App usage data. AI Kit does not show ads and does not sell your data.

Kit là AI, có trả lời sai không?
Có thể. Kit là gia sư AI nên đôi khi sai. Việc quan trọng hãy kiểm lại với thầy cô hoặc sách. Đừng gửi mật khẩu, số giấy tờ hay thông tin sức khoẻ trong chat hoặc ảnh.
Mình dưới 14 tuổi
Lúc cài đặt app, bố mẹ hoặc người giám hộ cần xác nhận đồng ý thì bạn mới đi tiếp. Bố mẹ có thể gửi email để xem hoặc xoá dữ liệu của con.
Làm sao tải dữ liệu của tôi?
Cài đặt › Riêng tư › Tải dữ liệu của bạn. App tạo một tệp chứa dữ liệu học để bạn lưu hoặc gửi đi.
Tắt thống kê hoặc báo lỗi được không?
Được. Cài đặt › Riêng tư › Dữ liệu dùng app. AI Kit không hiện quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu của bạn.
Delete your account or dataXoá tài khoản hoặc dữ liệu
Signed in with email, Google or Apple: Settings › Account › Delete account. This deletes your account, your synced learning data (chats with Kit, paths, lessons, cards, notes, goals), your support chat, feedback and survey answers, then signs you out.
Using the app as a guest: Settings › Erase all learning data. This deletes your learning data on the device and its copy on our servers. Do this before you uninstall: we cannot find guest data from outside the app.
Without the app: email minhnt@eupgroup.net from the email address of your AI Kit account, with the subject “Delete my AI Kit account”. We confirm and delete within 30 days.
Crash reports (up to 90 days) and usage statistics (up to 14 months) are not removed with your account; they are deleted automatically when those periods end. We may keep records that the law requires.
Đã đăng nhập bằng email, Google hoặc Apple: Cài đặt › Tài khoản › Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá tài khoản, dữ liệu học đã đồng bộ (chat với Kit, lộ trình, bài học, thẻ, ghi chú, mục tiêu), chat hỗ trợ, góp ý và câu trả lời khảo sát, rồi đăng xuất.
Đang dùng ở chế độ khách: Cài đặt › Xoá sạch dữ liệu học. Thao tác này xoá dữ liệu học trên máy và bản sao trên máy chủ. Hãy làm trước khi gỡ app: ngoài app chúng tôi không tìm được dữ liệu của khách.
Không còn app: gửi email tới minhnt@eupgroup.net từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản AI Kit, tiêu đề «Xoá tài khoản AI Kit». Chúng tôi xác nhận và xoá trong 30 ngày.
Báo lỗi (tối đa 90 ngày) và thống kê cách dùng (tối đa 14 tháng) không xoá cùng tài khoản; hết hạn đó thì tự xoá. Chúng tôi có thể giữ hồ sơ mà pháp luật yêu cầu.
